Cristina,

If it is a small guest house I would just say "... warm welcome by the STAFF ..."

Or even:

warm welcome and hospitality ... hospitality can only be offered by the staff/owners.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Karen Haggerty : Front-of-house staff refers to people who are in reception/greeting in an organization. This is a different type of position from Public Relations.

agree Indra Sweeney : I only agree if the context of where this phrase came from (the text doesn't say) is, like Hermann says, hospitality-related; if it is hotel-related, then front-of-house is correct

neutral Jane Lamb-Ruiz (X) : it's more than staff....

in-house public relations

To answer your question about just using PR: I think the language is a bit formal, so I would still spell out Public Relations. However, I don't think (from the context you provided) that "in-house" is absolutely necessary. On the other hand, the phrase makes up the original text, so you need to weigh staying true to the original text vs. globalizing marketing language. Your call.

By the way, "front of house" usually refers to the staff who work the front desk/reception area.

agree Elizabeth Lyons : Exactly.

Thanks, Elizabeth!
neutral Jane Lamb-Ruiz (X) : I would stay away from PR....in house public relations would be a Person in Company that does PR..it is not used for hotels, inns and Bed and breakfast. Portuguese uses the term in a variety of circumstances

front desk receptionist [small place] customer service associate [large hotel]

I would stay away from PR..it is much too grand a word for a casa...

casa in the sense of hotel, inn or bed and breakfast..

No public relations...For large hotel, PR is a function that is performed by an outside company....
