Не соглашаясь с решением суда, в апелляционной жалобе ответчики указывают, что решение суда вынесено в одностороннем порядке основываясь только на доводах истца, доводы ответчик суд не изучил и не принял, законодательством предусмотрен исчерпывающий перечень оснований для признания сделок недействительными, ни одно из этих оснований не было нарушено при заключении сделок, в связи с чем, просила отменить решение суда и вынести по делу новое решение об удовлетворении исковых требований.
Вопрос в основном касается грамматики и порядка слов...

Objecting to the court decision...
I don't like the 'in their objections' followed shortly by 'in their appeal' -- this solves that problem. The rest is fine.

The Respondents don't agree with the court's decision and in their appeal
To object to court's decisions is almost the same as appealing whereas here the respondents simply express their disagreement and also appealing the decision.
