Russian term

укладываться в режим

Russian to English Medical Medical: Health Care Clinical studies
A clinical example from a journal article investigating risk factors for suicide attempts in the elderly.

Full sentence: На отделении больная была спокойна, в режим укладывалась, обслуживала себя самостоятельно. Ежедневно осматривалась психиатром.

Did she 'follow the daily schedule' or is there another way of saying this?

TIA!

follow the daily schedule

Здесь вроде как речь о распорядке дня. Режим дня, который назначен в больнице. Не уверен на счет остальных вариантов, могут тоже подходить, но этот наверняка должен подойти.
Note from asker:
Да, я думаю, что это именно распорядок дня.

There is a term in medicine, "compliance," meaning the degree of patient's adherence to the medication and other therapeutic regimen.

I agree with the translation for режим proposed by Alexander Demidov in Multitran:

"regimen (напр. питания; a therapeutic course of medical treatment, often including recommendations as to diet and exercise. COED Alexander Demidov)."

The word режим has this contextual meaning in the medical texts that I translate.
Note from asker:
Thank you very much! I went with 'comply' as I also felt that it was the term most often used by medical staff in hospitals to describe patient behaviour.
