Spanish term

prenda, embargos, litigios, prohibiciones y otros gravámenes o limitaciones al d

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Lease Contract

No levies/charges of any kind shall be accepted for stored assets and objects. The lessee declares that from this point forward the assets are not subject to "pledges, liens, litigation, prohibitions and other levies/liens or limitations on ownership"

I'm having trouble getting the exact meaning for each of these items in the list, because it seems some of these terms have more than one possible translation and I don't have in-depth knowledge about the subtle difference in meanings between them. Any explanation, support sources, advice from somebody with more experience would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

@Amy Hi Amy,

You haven't posted a question as such, but 6 different questions.
Each KudoZ question is for one specific term. So please post one at a time. Otherwise, it'll be deleted.
I'll leave it up here for now so you have time to sort it out.

Thanks.
Andy.
David Hollywood Apr 29, 2018:
will be happy to take them on if you split them down
David Hollywood Apr 29, 2018:
have you seen the rules about asking multiple questions?

neutral Andy Watkinson : Hi David. As you've provided an answer, I won't squash this one. I prefer to leave it to a Mod. But it's best to leave such questions unanswered and subsequently entered individually. Cheers.//Thanks David.
