This appears right at the top of a lease contract (first page) from a public notary's office. I am not sure what to do with this 'LG'. I believe 'repertorio' is a casebook and OT is a purchase order.
"LG" doesn't seem to be related to the name of the Notary's office, or the company, or referencing anything else in the document as far as I can tell. Would anybody happen to know what it is referring to?

I've had a look around at some examples of this and I've come to the conclusion that they must be someone's initials, possibly the secretary that drafted the document for the notary.
