Spanish term

RAM fiscal

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Provision of IT services.
Good afternoon,

I'd like confirmation as to what 'RAM fiscal' is exactly, which appears in a contract for the provision of IT services:

País fiscal con una solución fiscal integrada (API).
Memoria fiscal instalada en el ordenador.
Cualquier tipo de RAM fiscal.
Integraciones de hardware y software.

I haven't found 'fiscal RAM' or 'tax RAM' anywhere, and although it seems to refer to Random Access Memory, maybe that's not the case.

Please support your answer with a reference.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help everyone It turns out that the client has used 'fiscal RAM' in previous translations, so they want to use that translation.
neilmac Jun 17:
Agree I think "solución fiscal" followed by "RAM física" (22,400 results) would be the way to go.
Andrew Darling (asker) Jun 16:
I suspect you might be right. I'll try to remember to post the outcome if I can find out more about this.
Andy Watkinson Jun 16:
The writer could be on automatic pilot after writing the word "fiscal" a hundred times...
Andrew Darling (asker) Jun 16:
Hi, I checked and it only appears once throughout the contract. You could be right about it being a mistake, so I think I'll ask the client for confirmation. Thanks for your help.
Andy Watkinson Jun 16:
Have you checked if it appears more than once?

If it doesn't, it might simply be a mistake for "RAM física"....

NVRAM / non-volatile Random Access Memory

Answer is supported by or with half-an-Argentinian reference, albeit the question doesn't spell out non-Spain, IMO 'the further south and hotter it gets, the more prone / proner the inputter is to typos (Word ref. forum > 'Hello: I was amazed recently to find out that you can use both "proner" and "more prone," but is there any rule to know when to use "proner".)
Example sentence:

¿ Qué es la memoria fiscal ? Es una memoria *no volátil*, inalterable e inaccesible desde el exterior, en la cual se almacenan los totales por jornada, de las operaciones realizadas mediante el uso del controlador fiscal 2G.

SRAM (static RAM) is a type of random access memory (RAM) that retains data bits in its memory as long as power is being supplied. Unlike dynamic RAM (DRAM), which must be continuously refreshed, SRAM does not have this requirement

Peer comment(s):

agree Tomasso : Power goes off will not lose data, complicated https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memoria_no_volátil_de_acceso_a...
