MCF intersticiales

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Health Care breast cancer pathology
This is from the same pathology report as my last question, for breast cancer. Argentine Spanish to American English.

Al menos 8 de los cilindros biópsicos están afectados por carcinoma mamario ductal invasor, no específico, with moderately atypical nuclei, moderate mitotic activity, and focal/occasional formation of ductal lumina, asociado a estroma fibroso desmoplástico con **MCF intersticiales**.

I've found a number of possible English equivalents for MCF, but none of them seem to fit the context here, either having to do with pulmonary diseases, a specific treatment (MCP), or a particular breast cancer cell line --unless it's possible for MCF-7 cells to be found interstitially, but then you'd think the report would specify MCF-7, and it doesn't.

My attempt so far: At least eight of the biopsy cylinders are affected by invasive ductal breast cancer, non-specific, with moderately atypical nuclei, moderate mitotic activity, and focal/occasional formation of ductal lumina, associated with fibrous desmoplastic stroma with interstitial ???.
