A bunch of guys come out of some nightclub toilets after taking cocaine. A new bunch of their friends are entering the cubicle for the same reason. The first group leaves:
Van saliendo a trompicones y moqueando, meciéndose al son de olas psicotrópicas, agasajándonos con sus vejámenes más delirantes, hablando a gritos y a la vez.
Am very unsure of an accurate translation in English, having read and re-read the DRAE definition...
UK English. Thanks in advance. :)

piss-taking/hurling abuse
As "vejamen" comes from "vejar" - to humiliate (see DRAE) then anything that relates to this kind of banter would be appropriate.

delirious lampoons
The big couple's frisky frolics at a beachside resort are a delirious lampoon of perfume and jewelry commercials. Rotund romps aside, even those who have ...

outlandish insults
I think outlandish reflects "delirante": they are not trying to offend each other; they're just wasted out of their minds and exchanging cheerful insults as compliments.
I know we Argentinians do that -even without cocaine- and some American idiolects also use wordsa like motherf***er as a greeting.

Example sentence:
greeting each other with their most outlandish insults

: I like outlandish! How about "treating us to the most outlandish insults (etc)"? But I do like patinaba's "regaling" However, that isn't part of the question...

I like treating/regaling US even better than my own "greeting each other" - in fact, I initially misread "agasajándoNOS" as "agasajándoSE" (unos a otros), which is clearly not the case here. My bad!

: This sounds good. Now the question becomes, what to precede it with. Perhaps "regale" could be used in a satirical way (as Carol has suggested in her neutral below)...
