Spanish term

tinaquera

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
From a list of types of common property in a set of condominium bylaws. I'm pretty sure this is a typo, but the most similar word I can find is "tranquera" which might be twisted to mean "vehicle entrance gates" or something of the sort, but I'm not really sure. Any suggestions are welcome. Here's the context:

fence made with stakes

Regarding "tinquera", you are correct that this is most probably a typo for "tranquera". However, I believe the meaning for this word in this context is a fence made with stakes, such as for restricted area or for avoiding trespassing from the outside, since there are electrical rooms, panels, sewage systems, etc. where these are usually restricted only to technical personnels.

Water deposits

I am assuming they call that to the area in which the "tinacos" are placed.
Tinacos in spanish is the water deposit, sometimes on the roof of the house or below floor level.
