If it is just a small group with less than 10 people, we can meet in my office. After that, we can have lunch/dinner in Chinatown.

Another option is to meet at the Harvard Square Au Bon Pain or at Algiers Coffee House. If we decide to have dinner later, both are in a walking distance from many restaurants.

Yet another idea is to meet in Public Garden by the Mother Duck and ducklings and have lunch or dinner at Fire & Ice or Atlantic Fish.:)
I like the idea of pkchan, though. Chinatown sounds good to me.
So, to summarize it all:
1. We meet at 4 p.m. (subject to revisioning, depending on your availability).
2. Meeting place: Public Garden.
3. Further itinerary: pkchan's office for tour.:)
4. Lunch or dinner in Chinatown.
