A herényi obszervatórium első színképelemző eszköze az 5.2. ábrán bemutatott Zöllner-féle okulárspektroszkóp. Ez a Konkolytól vásárolt és a megfigyelések tapasztalatainak meg- felelően többször átalakított - továbbfejlesztett - műszer volt az észlelőnapló tanúsága szerint az 1881-83-as színképmegfigyelések egyik alapvető eszköze. A spektroszkóp fénytörőközege az ún. Browning- vagy Amici-féle, a vision direct prizma. A flintüveg prizmához két oldalról kanadabalzsammal ragasztott koronaüveg-prizma a megfelelően számított törőszögekkel biztosítja, hogy az áthaladás során színeire bontott kilépő sugár menet a belépő sugárral, illetve az eszköz optikai tengelyével párhuzamos ma- radjon. A diszperziót növeli, ha az együttest 5 prizmatestből állítják össze (Rutherford- prizma), ahol az együttesben két flintüveg prizmát három koronaüveg-prizmával kombi- nálnak. A Zöllner-spektroszkóp Vogel-féle alkalmazása szerint az S szabályozó csavarral állítha- tó résen áthaladó fény vetül a prizmákra. Először az okuláron keresztül beállította a csillagot, majd az okulár helyére rögzítette a spektroszkópot. Gothard az eszközt saját tervezésű, praktikusabb rés-szerkezettel és a színképvonalak helyzetének meghatározására szolgáló skálával látta el. A kis diszperzió miatt a látómezőben megjelenő rövid színképek megnyújtásához és a színképvonalak pontosabb méréséhez ún. hengerlencsét és skálavilágítást alkalmazott.
Translation - English Zöllner eyepiece spectroscope
The first device for spectral analysis in the Herény Observatory was a Zöllner eyepiece spectroscope in figure 5.2. This instrument, purchased from Konkoly and converted and improved according to observation experience, was one of the basic appliances of spectrum observations in 1881-83, according to the observation diary. The refractive medium of the spectroscope is a so-called Browning or Amici vision direct prism. The crown-glass prism is attached to two sides of the flint-glass prism with Canadian turpentine, with the appropriate refracting angles, and ensures that the course of the emergent beam resolved into colours while passing will be parallel to the entering beam and the Z-axis of the device. Dispersion is increased if the ensemble is assembled from 5 prism bodies (Rutherford prism), where the two flint-glass prisms are combined with crown-glass prisms. According to Vogel’s application of the Zöllner spectroscope, light is cast on prisms through a slit adjustable with an S regulating-screw. First he focussed on the star through the eyepiece, and then fixed the spectroscope in place of the eyepiece. Gothard supplemented the device with a more practical light optic, and a scale to determine the position of spectral lines, both of which were designed by himself. Because of small dispersion, he applied a so-called cylinder-glass and a dial-lamp in order to be able to lengthen short spectra and to measure spectral lines more accurately.

A jelen megállapodás értelmében „Üzleti Titok” megjelenése formájától függetlenül a Tulajdonos gazdasági tevékenységéhez, pénzügyi vagy jogi helyzetéhez kapcsolódó minden olyan tény, adat, információ, megoldás, vagy szerződési ajánlat, amelynek titokban tartásához a Tulajdonosnak méltányolható érdeke fűződik, feltéve, hogy azok titokban maradása érdekében a szükséges intézkedéseket megtette és azokat, mint üzleti titkokat megjelölte. A tárgyalásokon elhangzott Üzleti Titkokat elegendő szóban megjelölni, az írásos formában közölt Üzleti Titkokat írásban kell megjelölni.
2. Üzleti Titok közlése
A Felek szándéka, hogy az Összekapcsolási Szerződés szerződéskötési tárgyalások során bizalmas információt cseréljenek, így egymással Üzleti Titkokat közölhetnek.

Under this agreement, „Confidential Information” , regardless of form of its appearance, shall be constituted by any fact, data, information, solution or contract offer concerning Owner’s business, financial or legal status, whose confidentiality is Owner’s expressed interest, provided that Owner took the necessary measures to designate and maintain them as Confidential Information. Confidential Information disclosed during negotiations shall be designated as confident orally whereas written Confidential Information shall be noted in writing.
2. Submission of Confidential Information
Parties intend to submit and exchange confidential information to each other during the negotiations on Interconnection Agreement.
3. Use of Confidential Information
Recipient hereby agrees to use Confidential Information disclosed to him exclusively within the framework of negotiations on the Interconnection Agreement and hold Confidential Information in confidence. Source text - English Because it is the world’s biggest emitter, and because of its falling out with America over Kyoto, China has been under particular pressure to come up with a significant “action” of some sort. It has offered a 40-45% cut in the carbon intensity of its economy by 2020. That’s less than America was hoping for—it reckoned the figure should be at least 50%, since China would get to 40-45% on the basis of its existing policies—but China’s number is an opening bid, and there is relief all round that it has come up with one at all.
Assuming that all the countries involved can produce satisfactory plans that the others sign off on, there will then be carrots and sticks to hold them to their promises. In theory Kyoto is a legally binding agreement with a compliance mechanism. In practice it is toothless, partly because of the availability of “hot air” from the countries of the former Soviet Union for rich countries to buy to meet their targets. But even without the hot air, there is no effective way of holding non-complying countries to account, for the compliance mechanism merely imposes punitively large cuts in the next period on countries failing to meet their targets in this one. That is not going to happen.
France would like something much toothier: trade sanctions, more politely known as “border-tax adjustments”. These, in the view of some, would serve both to keep countries to the commitments they had made, and to prevent factories moving from rich countries to poor ones. The threat of tariffs has got some momentum in America too, and the Waxman-Markey bill includes a provision for border-tax adjustments.

Translation - Hungarian Mint a világ legnagyobb szennyezőjére - és mivel Amerikával való viszonya Kyoto miatt megromlott - az utóbbi időben különösen nagy nyomás nehezedett Kínára annak érdekében, hogy valamiféle jelentős „intézkedéssel” álljon elő. Kína most felajánlotta, hogy 2020-ra gazdaságának szén-dioxid intenzitását 40-45%-kal csökkenti. Ez kevesebb, mint amennyit az USA remélt - legalább 50%-os értéket, hiszen Kína a 40-45%-ot jelenlegi politikáját követve is el fogja érni - de a kínai felajánlás csupán kezdő licit, és mindenkit nagy megkönnyebbüléssel tölt el, hogy egyáltalán megszületett.
Amennyiben a résztvevő országok mind kielégítő tervekkel tudnak előállni, melyekre a többiek is rábólintanak, akkor jöhet a jutalmazás és büntetés módszere az ígéretek betartatására. Elméletben a Kyotói Egyezmény jogilag kötelező érvényű, és tartalmaz megfelelési mechanizmust. A gyakorlatban azonban „fogatlan oroszlán”, részben amiatt, hogy a volt Szovjetunió országaitól a gazdag országok ún. "forró levegőt", azaz kibocsátási jogokat vásárolhatnak céljaik teljesítése érdekében. Azonban még ha nem is számítjuk a "forró levegőt", akkor sincs hatékony módja a vállalásukat nem teljesítő országok felelősségre vonásának, mivel a megfelelési mechanizmus pusztán nagy csökkentést jelentő büntető kvótákat szab ki a célokat el nem érő országokra a következő periódusban. Ez pedig nem fog megvalósulni.
Franciaország sokkal erőteljesebb megoldást szeretne, mégpedig kereskedelmi szankciókat, amit finomabban fogalmazva "határátlépési illeték módosításnak" neveznek. Ez többek szemében egyaránt szolgálná azt a célt, hogy az országok tartsák magukat vállalásaikhoz, illetve megakadályozná a gyárakat abban, hogy a gazdag országokból szegény országokba költözzenek. A vámtarifákkal való fenyegetés bizonyos lendületet kapott Amerikában is, ahol a Waxman-Markey javaslat is tartalmaz vámügyi kiigazításokra vonatkozó rendelkezéseket.
