Disposizioni generali
Art. 180(Definizioni)
1. Ai fini del presente titolo si intendono per:
a) "strumenti finanziari": gli strumenti finanziari di cui all'articolo 1, comma 2, ammessi alla negoziazione o per i quali è stata presentata una richiesta di ammissione alle negoziazioni in un mercato regolamentato italiano o di altro Paese dell'Unione europea, nonché qualsiasi altro strumento ammesso o per il quale è stata presentata una richiesta di ammissione alle negoziazioni in un mercato regolamentato di un Paese dell'Unione europea;
b) "derivati su merci": gli strumenti finanziari di cui all'articolo 1, comma 3, relativi a merci, ammessi alle negoziazioni o per i quali è stata presentata una richiesta di ammissione alle negoziazioni in un mercato regolamentato italiano o di altro Paese dell'Unione europea, nonché qualsiasi altro strumento derivato relativo a merci ammesso o per il quale è stata presentata una richiesta di ammissione alle negoziazioni in un mercato regolamentato di un Paese dell'Unione europea;
c) "prassi di mercato ammesse": prassi di cui è ragionevole attendersi l'esistenza in uno o più mercati finanziari e ammesse o individuate dalla Consob in conformità alle disposizioni di attuazione della direttiva 2003/6/CE, del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, del 28 gennaio 2003;
d) "ente": uno dei soggetti indicati nell'articolo 1 del decreto legislativo 8 giugno 2001, n. 231

Insider trading and market manipulation
For the purposes of this document the following definitions apply:
a)Financial instruments:
The financial instruments under article 1 paragraph 2 authorized for trading or those for which an application for authorization for trading on a registered Italian market or registered market of any other EU member country has been submitted, as well as any other authorized instrument or instrument for which a request of authorization for trading has been submitted to a regulated market of an EU member country.
b)Commodity derivatives:
The financial instruments under article 1 paragraph 3 relating to commodities authorized for trading or those for which a request for authorization for trading has been submitted to a regulated Italian market or a regulated market of any other EU member country, as well as any other authorized derivative instrument related to commodities, or for which a request for authorization for trading has been submitted to a regulated market in any EU member country.
c)Authorized market conduct:
Practices of which we can reasonably expect the existence of in one or more financial markets permitted or recognized by CONSOB conforming with the directive 2003/6/CE of the European Parliament and Council of 28th January 2003.
d)Entity:
One of the subjects indicated in article 1 of the legislative decree 231 8th June 2001.

Source text - Italian Il 22 Ottobre scorso perSempre ha inaugurato il suo 23° punto vendita a Mantova, in Via Cremona n. 26/A approdando anche in territorio lombardo.
Grande successo di pubblico per l’inaugurazione del nuovo show room, che ha visto succedersi una gran quantità di persone, molte delle quali divenute da subito entusiasti consumatori.
Le porte aperte dalle 10.00 della mattina, quando già gruppi di persone attendevano incuriositi la visita al negozio, il primo di arredamento multiprodotto e multimarca presente nella zona. E nel pomeriggio la simpatica festa del Gabibbo ha intrattenuto grandi e bambini coinvolgendoli in piacevoli diversivi come giochi e foto ricordo.
Il megastore perSempre Arredamenti di Mantova è realizzato dalla Mete S.p.A. che, quale azienda leader nel mercato del mobile italiano, sta continuando la sua espansione sul territorio nazionale. Infatti come da progetto di sviluppo già approvato, saranno almeno altre due le aperture in Lombardia.
La nuova esposizione è stata apprezzata per l’innovazione stilistica degli allestimenti che ripropongono un’immensa città del mobile, con ambientazioni di casa in cui le ricostruzioni attengono a vari stili arredativi, fondendo classico e moderno, tecnologia e confort e seguendo criteri di scelta per aree di gusto e fasce di prezzo.
Attualmente è il secondo centro in Italia in cui è presente la collezione delle nostre “Cucine perSempre”.
Translation - English Last October 22nd perSempre launched its 23rd showroom at Mantova, at 26/a Via Cremona bringing it for the first time to Lombardy territory.
The launch of the new show room proved to be a great success with the public, attracting droves of people, many of whom immediately became enthusiastic shoppers.
The doors opened at 10.00am, by which time groups of people were already waiting, intrigued to visit the shop; the first multi-product and multi-brand furniture shop in the area.. The afternoon saw the “festa del Gabbibo” an enjoyable party that managed to involve old and young alike in fun and games and photo sessions.
The perSempre furniture megastore at Mantova was created by Mete S.p.A ,which, as the leading company in the Italian furniture market is continuing its expansion throughout the country. In fact as far as new and already approved projects are concerned, there will be at least two more openings in the Lombardy region.
The new exhibition was praised for the innovative stylistic designs of its set-ups which manage to recreate the feeling of an immense city of furniture, with house sets in which the reconstructions follow various styles of furnishing, merging classic with modern and technology with comfort allowing for choices in the areas of personal taste and price range.
Currently, this is now second centre in Italy where the “Cucine perSempre” collection can be seen.
