I
started working in 1991 as computers only provided Microsoft Office and
everything had to be typed and proofread manually. In the meantime, I have
evolved with the technology and although I enjoy translating from scratch, I
love the possibility of working faster with concordance in the translation software
programs. I have also been doing a lot of MTPE in the last two years. I have
translated many topics in almost 32 years, including technical matters (user
manuals, training courses, patents, trade documents, test reports, test
guidelines), legal documents and a lot of marketing related content. The only
subjects I do not translate are natural sciences and medicine related subjects.
However, I have translated some medical machines for dentistry and lab analysis
purposes. I cannot praise myself, but I consider that 31 years of continuous
work with long lasting customers including agencies and companies is a solid
basis of my quality and reliability.
