I would like to draw your attention to some important information before you sign your contract.
Rules & Regulations: Please read this document carefully and make sure that anyone acting on your behalf or managing your participation including agents, stand designers, stand builders etc. has a copy to ensure compliance. Rules and Regulations
Insurance: We are required by law to include insurance cover on your contract. If you have your own insurance cover, which includes a public liability policy of at least £2,000,000 of cover, then please complete an insurance waiver form and return this with your contract. We will then remove this charge.
Stand Sharing- If you are to have a company share your stand you will need to complete a stand sharer form and return this with your contract. Information about stand sharing can be found on the link below. Stand Sharing Form
