02/06/12.- 7 tiendas de Farmapatria entran en funcionamiento este sábado en Caracas y el estado Vargas, con el fin de ofrecer medicamentos de calidad y a precios justos a la población venezolana.
Así lo aseguró el ministro para la Alimentación, Carlos Osorio, durante la inauguración de la sucursal de la red pública Farmapatria ubicada en el sector Los Jardines de El Valle, en la ciudad de Caracas.
Osorio indicó que la cadena de farmacias contará con 393 variedades de medicamentos, además afirmó que “todo el equipo humano que aquí va laborar está preparado y son farmaceutas para atender al pueblo”.
Especificó que los locales que abren sus puertas son: en el Mercal La Zorra en Catia La Mar, Mercal Maria Debajo de Vargas, Mercal en la Parroquia 23 de Enero, en Monte Piedad y Cristo Rey.
El ministro dijo que la próxima semana se inaugurará un conjunto de Farmapatrias en Pdval de Guarenas-Guatire, Mercal de Fuerte Tiuna y la avenida Urdaneta. Estas inauguraciones se irán realizando en todo el país sucesivamente.
“La oposición y los sectores capitalistas que tenían el control de algunas red de medicamentos quieren satanizar esto. Ellos rezan para que Farmapatria no progrese y tengan problemas. Dicen que el personal que tenemos no sabe lo que hacen, pero todos están preparados para asegurar un trabajo constante”, señaló.
En este establecimiento se distribuirán medicamentos y productos para la higiene personal, con descuentos que van desde 34% a 40 %, con relación a las farmacias privadas.
De acuerdo con cifras suministradas por el despacho de alimentación, Farmapatria contará con 172 establecimientos en todo el país.

02/06/12 . - 7 succursales de la chaîne d'Etat (Farmapatrias ) doivent être inaugurés, ce samedi, à Caracas et dans l'Etat de Vargas, afin de fournir des médicaments de qualité à des prix équitables à la population vénézuélienne. C'est ce qu'a déclaré le Ministre de l'Alimentation, Carlos Osorio, à l'ouverture de la succursale située dans les jardins d'El Valle, à Caracas.
Osorio a déclaré que la chaîne de pharmacies compte 393 variétés de médicaments. Il a, en outre, affirmé que le personnel a subi une formation adéquate pour servir le public."
Il a précisé que ce nouveau service est disponible dans les locaux des magasins d'Etat suivants : le Mercal La Fox à Catia La Mar, le Mercal Maria Debajo de Vargas, le Mercal dans la paroisse du 23 Janvier, à Monte Piedad et à Cristo Rey. Par ailleurs, il a annoncé qu'il va inaugurer, la semaine prochaine, une nouvelle série de Farmapatrias à PDVAL Guarenas-Guatire, au Mercal Fort Tiuna et à l' Avenue Urdaneta . Ces inaugurations se poursuivront à travers le pays .

Dans ces établissements, des médicaments et des produits d'hygiène personnelle sont en vente à des prix réduits, allant de 34% à 40%, par rapport aux pharmacies privées.Selon les chiffres fournis par le ministère concerné, 172 magasins Farmapatria ouvriront leurs portes à travers le pays.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez said on a mandatory radio and TV broadcast that "year 2009 is ending well" with a "smile in the soul and the spirit." The president did not mention the recession mirrored by the results released by the Central Bank of Venezuela. He stressed that "ex officio forecasters said one year ago, when oil prices plummeted, that 2009 would be disastrous."
"Financially, this year is ending much better than we thought even in the best scenario," said the ruler, and stressed that this result occurs in the midst of "the systemic crisis of capitalism."
The Head of State repeatedly said in his speech that he had different documents and charts, but he did not want to expand on his New Year message. Therefore, he simply noted the rebound of oil prices and the limited expansion of unemployment.
The official economic measures, he stressed, helped keep unemployment in check. The jobless rate started 2009 at 7.9 percent and close "at the same level," unlike other countries in the world where the indicator "skyrocketed."
He noted that oil prices have made it into the price range between USD 60 and 80 a barrel, as the oil market demonstrated recently.
"Winter is hard on the North and that has increased the demand for heating oil and other needs and oil prices have rebounded," he said. Projections suggest that the oil yearly average price will be USD 57 a barrel, while January will start with a price above or close to USD 70.
In other areas, the Venezuelan ruler said that 34 companies owned by banker Ricardo Fernández Barrueco were intervened by the Venezuelan state have been "occupied and secured."
He hoped such companies to contribute to achieve food sovereignty. The list comprises rice, cooking oil, tuna, corn, and metalworking companies, farms, fleets of vehicles stored and machinery, among others. Chávez stressed that another 25 companies are "in process" but did not elaborate.
He reported that the food reserve, which has to be enough for 3 months under the Organic Law on Food Sovereignty, at this time has food for 25 days of domestic consumption, in areas such as rice, white and yellow maize, vegetable oil, milk powder, tuna and sardines, sugar, soybeans, sorghum and beef "largely domestically produced."

Il n’a pas mentionné la récession prévue par la Banque Centrale du Vénézuéla. Le chef de l’Etat a souligné que les prévisions d’office s’attendaient à une année 2009 désastreuse en raison de la chute du prix du pétrole, il y a un an.
“ Financièrement, cette année se termine beaucoup mieux que ce qu’on pensait , même dans le meilleur des cas “, a déclaré Hugo Chavez. Il a aussi souligné que cela se produit à un moment où le capitalisme fait face à une crise systémique.
Le leader vénézuélien a affirmé , a plusieurs reprises, dans son discours du nouvel an qu’il avait à sa disposition plusieurs documents et chartes. Dans l’esprit d'écourter son message , il a simplement mentionné le rebondissement du prix du pétrole et la légère augmentation du chômage.
Les mesures économiques officielles , a-t-il fait savoir, ont contribué à tenir le chômage en respect. Le taux de 7.9 pour cent, constaté au début de l’année, est resté inchangé à la fin de l’année. “ Pourtant, dans d’autres pays de la planète, l’indicateur est au rouge “, a-t-il renchéri.
Il a noté une forte tendance à la hausse du prix du pétrole allant de 60 à
80 dollars américains le baril dans le marché mondial.
“ A cause de la rigueur de l’hiver dans le Nord, l’augmentation de la demande en gaz de chauffage et autres produits a provoqué le rebondissement du prix du pétrole”, a constaté le président . Les projections suggèrent une stabilisation du prix à 57 dollars le baril au cours de l’année. Mais on s’attend, pendant le mois de Janvier, à une escalade du prix pivotant autour de 70 dollars américains.
Dans d’autres domaines, le président a déclaré que 34 compagnies appartenant au banquier Ricardo Fernandez Barrueco ont été occupées et sécurisées par l’Etat.
Le leader vénézuélien compte sur la collaboration de ces entreprises dans la lutte pour la souveraineté alimentaire. La liste inclut des compagnies liées à la production du riz, de l’huile alimentaire, du thon, du maïs, de la métallurgie, des fermes, des flottes de véhicules et d’engins lourds, entre autres. Par ailleurs, Chavez a signalé que 25 autres entreprises sont ciblées par le gouvernement sans donner des détails.
Il a indiqué que la réserve alimentaire qui doit être suffisante pour 3 mois ,en vertu de la loi organique sur la souveraineté alimentaire , contient de quoi manger , à l’heure actuelle, pendant 25 jours de consommation intérieure. La liste des produits en réserve inclut le riz, le maïs blanc, le maïs jaune, l’huile végétale, le lait en poudre, le thon et les sardines, le sucre, le soja, le sorgho et le boeuf largement produit dans le pays.

As a young news reporter, I discovered early the world in its various languages and cultures. I attended primary and secondary schools in Haiti where I was educated in french and in Haitian Creole.
