Bio
German-studies undergraduate and translation-studies postgraduate from the University of Birmingham (UK). Professional career started in 2015 at a world-leading LSP in London, where I grew from a junior quality manager to a team lead managing a large team of >EN and >FR linguists.
Decision to go freelance was made in Winter 2018, with freelance life starting in Spring 2019. Freelance translating has been an amazing tool to truly work remotely and flexibly throughout my travels, and gain extracurricular experience in other fields, whilst also developing my own translation skills.
Always on the look out for new clients and new work! Over five years of experience both in-house and freelance, specialising mostly in life sciences, but also with a sprinkling of legal material, tourism and marketing, and engineering.
