Source text - English 4. Equal access to inputs would raise the productivity of female-owned companies (Do, Levchenko, and Raddatz, 2011). Productivity differentials among companies owned by men and by women have been found to be mainly the result of differences in access to productive inputs (Blackden and Hallward-Driemeier 2013). A reduction of this productivity gap through equal access to productive resources could yield considerable output gains (World Bank, 2011).
