- of Homeless, Homeless 2, County, Postcode (Sub-contractor) BACKGROUND
The Main Contractor has entered into an agreement attached as Schedule 1 (Main Contract) under which the Main Contractor agrees to supply Services supplied by Aether Consulting experience to Customers (Customer).
The Main Contractor has entered into the Main Contract on the basis that the Sub-contractor will supply the services specified in Schedule 2, for the benefit of the Customer on a
"back-to-back" basis with the Main Contractor, and in accordance with the provisions below.
AGREEMENT
Meanings
In this Agreement, the following words are defined:
Agreement this agreement for the provision of the Services (as defined below) including any schedules;
Confidential Information in relation to either party, any information (whether or not stated to be confidential or marked as such) which that party or the Customer discloses to the other, or which the other party obtains from any information disclosed to it by that party or the Customer, either orally or in writing or by any other means, under or in connection with this Agreement;
Data Protection Laws all applicable laws relating to the processing of Personal Data, including, for the period during which it is in force, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR);
Deliverables all documents, items, plans, products, goods and materials supplied by the Sub-contractor, including any methodologies, ideas, designs, computer programs, data, disks, tapes, and reports, in whatever form, which are developed, created, written, prepared, devised or discovered by the Sub-contractor or its agents, sub-contractors, consultants and employees in relation to the Services;

Ya pas d’apprentissage, ya pas de technique
Ya rien du tout donc ya plein de gens qui se demandent
Ca sert à quoi d’aller me financer un stage comme ça pour ne rien apprendre
Mais tu te rends compte que tout ce que tu as apprendre pdt ce stage c’est rien d’autre que toi-même
Et tu vas te rencontrer sous tellement différentes facettes de toi que tu n’as jamais vues
Et généralement celles que tu n’as absolument pas du tout envie de voir
Celles que tu ne pensais même pas puissent exister
Dans ton systeme de pensée, de fonctionnement, de mental et tout ca
Et ca parfois être extrèmement douloureux, genant, agaçant, perturbant de voir tout ça
Et de devoir le dépasser aussi
C’est pour ça qu’on est extrêmement bien accompagné sur ces 2 jours par Oliver
Et ce que j’aimerais donc avoir c’est ton retour

You closed out the zoom meeting on Sunday night after your 2 day Red Dot workshop
At that moment, how did you feel?
I was pissed.
It’s that state of being where I felt this permanent state of joy.

I grew up bilingual in French and English in a multilingual setting.
I also studied German, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic throughout my college and university years.
After getting my BA in Linguistics at UC Berkeley, I immediately got TESL certified to travel the world and have means to earn income wherever I landed.
I've taught French and English in 3 different continents, both privately and in classrooms.
Quickly after graduation, I also quickly found myself in circumstances that gave me the opportunity to translate and interpret.
I was hooked, I knew that was my calling.
I started my own translation business and have been interpreting and translating both from French to English and English to French for several clients in various countries throughout the years.
I would say one of my main strength is that I always aim for accuracy and strive to also stay true to the energetic nature of the source language text or speech.
I'm very excited to meet new clients and receive new opportunities to play with language!
