I have always been a translator for the English language. Family and friends didn't understand it well and I found myself in the position of translating song lyrics and movies as well as interpreting TV shows for them.
I started to translate internet fiction and stories for friends for fun because there were some things I "wanted" them to read, then it became something I really liked to do.
Later on, I started making subtitles for movies/TV shows to post in the Internet or for personal use, mostly because they weren’t available in Brazil yet or were available with no subtitles.
After graduating college (Bachelor Degree in Advertising - UNI-BH), I decided to keep working as a translator/subtitler professionally.
