1995 to 1997 - CNPq fellow ("CNPq" stands for "National Council for Scientific and Technological Development") at UFF's Neurophysiology Department. There I familiarized myself with English scientific language, particularly in the fields of Neurophysiology, Biology, Biochemistry and Anatomy.
1997 to 2017 - have been doing freelance translation in various areas, including Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Biochemistry and Psychoanalysis. I have also been translating patent applications for Dannemann-Siemsen, which is active in Brazil.
2012 to 2017 - studied Interpreting for Courts and Public Services at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences, Magdeburg, Germany.
