Born in Curitiba, Luciana Bonancio has been a translator for twenty years. She translates mainly in the areas of medicine, marketing, corporate training, education and – her great passion – transcreation. Luciana has a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Paraná and started translating papers and books about animal health while studying in Wisconsin, USA. She also has a degree in translation from PUCPR and a CPE from the University of Cambridge, England. Since 2014, she has been also working with literary translation.
