With the help of a tech assistant, I was responsible of the computer install base (250 Macs & PCs) dispatched and interconnected on three remote sites. Tasks included server and network administration, troubleshooting, deploying and integrating as well as providing technical support to users.

•1993-1996 Freelance consultant
Drove consultation and guidance projects on IS issues, making recommendations and providing technical expertise in the integration of Apple's hardware in heterogeneous environments.

•1991 Project manager
Conducted a financial & economic feasibilty study for this company providing management recommendations for optimizing profitability of sport infrastructures.

•1985-1989 IT manager
Set up the computer infrastructure for this small retailer in sports & leisure equipment (accounting, invoicing, inventory,..).
