Our company is acquiring ZZ shares of common stock in the public corporation ZZZ. This holding of shares represents 75% of the stock less 1 share.
According to our information, your company will acquire the remaining ZZ shares of stock in ZZZ.
When the deals--scheduled for the next several days--are closed, we will need to call a Special General Meeting of the ZZZ stockholders to discuss some extremely important matters, including the procedures for the upcoming funding of ZZZ, which we will be representing jointly as shareholders.
In our opinion, there are several funding options for ZZZ, i.e.:
1. An additional issue of stock and a closely-held placement of it among the existing stockholders, pro rata to their current contributions to the capital, to channel these funds for the development of the company.
2. Securing loans to provide funding for ZZZ.
3. Using mixed funding, i.e. borrowing by ZZZ, and a concurrent proportional boost to the capital.
In our opinion, any one of these three options is possible. However, any specific decisions must be made at the upcoming General Meeting of the ZZZ shareholders.
We would suggest convening this meeting either in ZZZ, the location of ZZZ, or in the city of ZZZ, the location of ZZZ, immediately after the closure of the deals to buy the stock.

Хворий часом відверто відмовляється виконувати звичайні соціальні та побутові вимоги (наприклад, прибирати своє ліжко, відвідувати заплановані програми, тощо). Він може займати ворожу або недоброзичливу позицію, але, як правило, його можливо втягнути в роботу.
Середня форма
Хворий часто не підкоряється тому, що вимагає від нього оточення. Його можна охарактеризувати як особу що "взагалі не вміє ладити з іншими людьми". Відмовлення від співпраці проявляється в чіткій оборонній позиції (або роздратуванні на лікаря) Можливе ігнорування багатьох запитань що ставить лікар.
