Source text - English The Buyer may instruct the seller by notice
to make changes to the order. As soon as practical after receipt the Seller shall
notify the Buyer of the implications on the delivery time, contract price or
changes to the General Terms and Conditions as may be applicable.
No such changes shall, together with any changes already made, involve a net
addition to, or deduction from the contract price of more than five (5) percent
thereof unless the Seller and the Buyer consent thereto in writing.
When making such changes the Buyer shall give the Seller such reasonable
notice as will enable him to make arrangements accordingly.
Translation - Italian L’Acquirente dovrà informare il venditore con preavviso per effettuare cambiamenti dell’ordine. Non appena possibile, dopo aver ricevuto la notifica, il Venditore dovrà informare l’Acquirente delle implicazioni che questa avrà sul tempo di consegna, il prezzo contrattuale o eventuali cambiamenti dei Termini e delle Condizioni Generali.
Nessuno di questi cambiamenti, insieme ad altre modifiche già effettuate, implicherà un’aggiunta netta a, o una riduzione del prezzo del contratto di più del cinque (5) percento, a meno che Venditore e Acquirente non abbiano espresso il loro consenso per iscritto.
Attuando tali cambiamenti l’Acquirente dovrà dare al Venditore un ragionevole preavviso in modo da consentire a quest’ultimo di effettuare, di conseguenza, le sistemazioni necessarie.
