These topics would also generally fit into the remit of the "English Language & Usage" StackExchange forum: http://english.stackexchange.com

As you'll imagine on such a forum, it is a mixed bag of people regurgitating Victorian grammar books combined with some actually useful discussion. But it's definitely worth taking a look at.
