Hi All. Does anyone know of a way to spell check ALL the text in a PPT presentation? That is, without having to highlight each text box individually? Some slides may have 5-10 boxes. Also, will it work on PPTX? Thanks in advance for your help.

Or you can import the PPT into a CAT tool and copy source to target (or just translate it with a CAT in the first place), use the spellcheck therein, and export when finished. Not ideal, I know, since the spellcheck functions in most CAT tools are maddeningly slow, but it will work. ▲ Collapse

Actually, that macro doesn't spellcheck anything. It merely changes the language of the entire document, so you can use Powerpoint's spellchecker in "your" language.
After setting the language you can use Edit/Select all, then start Powerpoint's spellchecker.
Some time ago I published a similar macro that is somewhat more sophisticated and thus takes into account some text snippets which might not be "seen" by the simple macro.
