Hi to everyone,

I don't know if this helps anybody

Recently I wasn't able to view payment method whenever I generated my invoices, I just saw the name of the payment method.

I've asked technical support about this issue, and here it's their answer:

Thank you for your letter and using TO3000. Please, find my answer below.

Mentioned situation may occur if you updated to the latest TO3000 Build 821. New variable for payment method description had been added in this build. Now it is advisable to use \INVOICE_PAYMETHOD\ or \PAYMETHOD\ variable for payment method representation and \INVOICE_PAYMETHOD_DESCR\ or \PAYMETHOD_DESCR\ -for payment method description."

I hope it helps someone too before panicking!!

I know and I told them, they said:

"Dear Alice,

Thank you for your reply.

We will be glad to add this information to our Help Knowledgebase (www.aithelp.com) and also try to provide our customers with latest changes/enhancements etc."

I hope someone will find it there, then
