SDLX 2007 Standard Memory Won't Update

I don't use SDLX very often, so I'm not that familiar with it.
Here's my problem:
I am translating 2 files for the same company, using the same memory. Apparently that memory does not update because when I search (concordance) for a segment or even just a word in the second file that I know I translated in the first file SDLX cannot find it. What if anything am I doing wrong?
Any help would be appreciated. The Trados Saleslady tried to help me fix the issue but wasn't sure what... See more

Is Automatic TM Update enabled? Sep 11, 2008

Hi Heidi,

Your TM will only be updated automatically if the Automatic TM Update option is enabled. You can find this option by clicking Tools > Options > Automation. It's the last check box on this tab.
