English term
talent
English to Arabic
Bus/Financial
Management
I posted this term on En>En a couple of days ago http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english/management/2656267-talent....
Fuad and other colleagues helped me understand that the term means "a person hired (temporarily) to perform a task involving skilled or creative work".
I now have a document (questionnaire) which mentions the term on every other line:
e.g. "If Student or Talent recruited from the company's talent database, ask the following questions..."
I need a succinct Arabic term but all I can think of is long explanations, which just won't do here.
Your help is most appreciated!!!

Comment: "Thanks, Khemais, and thank you all very much. I went with كفاءات in the end, as I did need something really succinct to be used again and again. I agree with you, A.Dahman, that موهبة doesn't fit here, and I agree with you, A.Wadan, that كفاءات sounds better in the plural - luckily, it's only ever mentioned in the plural in my document, so I didn't have to use كفاءة. Thanks again!"

As the question is about talent which is an ability, gift or high mental one has naturally of something or other, and therefore its not the person, sahibul mawhuba would be talented person and not talent, and the difference is obvious. For example He has a a great talent for music.

مقدرة/موهبة/كفاءة احترافية -مقدرة/موهبة/كفاءة إبداعية
Taking into consideration what u mentioned :"If Student or Talent recruited from the company's talent database, ask the following questions" & the Eng/Eng. explanation was:"a person hired (temporarily) to perform a task involving skilled or creative work".
Then I believe that the word:موهبة أو كفاءة, if accompanied by the word:احترافيةor إبداعية, then it gives the meaning that it's not just a talent , but a skilled & creative one, as u mentioned above.

متخصص/محترف/خبير/شخص (خارجي/بتعاقد خارجي/منتدب)
I think it means a specialist or a person skilled in a particular area that can be hired for a period of time or to perform a task.
For example, an oil company, that doesn't need to employ a website designer on a fulltime basis, may hire someone from outside the company to get that kind of work done.

كفاءات مستقلة
how about that?
I'm leaning towards كفاءة but I'm keeping the question open in case someone comes up with a genius term!
do you need it within the mentioned english definition ?
