I think your suggestion "Disclosure of what the job bank consists of..." is quite an accurate translation. I would probably use "portal" instead of "bank" though as I think it encapsulates more of the other aspects inferred by "la bolsa": it's not just a list of jobs on offer but also a bank of suitable candidates as well as a site for other relevant information.
