If you look at pictures of Argentinian licenses there is a space for OBSERVACIONES where you will often see 'Ninguna'.

A principiante in B1 is a person who has applied for his/her first driving license for the class B1 (which is cars).

La condición de principiante se aplica a aquellas personas que tramitan por primera vez una licencia de conducir en una clase particular (A (motos), A4 (cuatriciclos) o B1 (automóviles).
