Je traduis un rapport assez urgent portant sur un profil professionnel.
Il est question d'un leader orienté résultats, dévoué et calme.
Dans le présent contexte, j'ai tendance à croire que les sept mots figurant en en-tête signifient que la personne en question maintient impartialement son point de vue par rapport à la situation décrite dans la première partie de la phrase.
Je pensais également au fait qu'il le soutenait mordicus en me demandant, toutefois, si la traduction n'était pas un tantinet exagérée.

Non, pas trop fort. rectiligne = ligne droite ; "linear" = straight line. Du pareil au même. :) Moi aussi, j'aime bien 'rectiligne'. Merci et bonne journée.
