Arabic term

صورة طبق الأصل

Arabic to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright
Hi everyone,

I'm translating a text about trademark law. I want to ask whether this term can simply be translated as "copy", or if it needs to be something more detailed like "certified copy".

Context below: the "register" referred to is the country's Trademarks Register.
لكل شخص أن يطلب صورة طبق الأصل من هذا السجل.

Many thanks,
Anam

certified copy

A copy that is certified to be a true copy of the original document. It can't be just a "copy".
