Thanks, Phillipa - you came up with the perfect terminolgy (IMO) when commenting on Marlene's answer, i.e. average 'post graduation' experience. I still think that 'post graduation' describes it perfectly - nothing to do with a 'post graduate' deg

Well this is what I used in a recent translation... ie. as I took it to mean the length of time they've been in the profession.
