valid receipt
I think there is no need to try to literally translate "fiel" as "true" or "faithful". In standard business (and legal!) English this is simply a "valid receipt."

true and faithful proof of payment
The first web site below suggests that "carta de pago" means "proof of payment." The second translates "fiel" as "true and faithful" in formal legal terminology.
I looked further and found that acquittance means, "a document or receipt as evidence of the discharge of a debt or obligation."
So another possibility would be a "true and faithful acquittance."
Since"acquittance" sounds somewhat obscure to me I'd go with the former.
