I have spoken to my client, and she says that this actually means the performance of the play in question in the theatre rather than at schools. Would this then, be a "theatre performance" or "public event"? My client was quite emphatic that in Spanish this is a very specific term, but I am not sure about an English equivalent: I think that there are various possibilities.
Please help me decide on one!
