How to bulk transfer translations from files to the TM?

Good day,
I export the translations as Trados documents and run QA checks on them, then import, some translations are updated. Then I need to put these updated translations into the TM. In Wordfast I clean the files, in Trados I update the TM.
Is there a way to transfer the recent translations from the files into the TM in a batch mode? I need this because the number of files is great, and I keep updating them all the time.
