Memsource: How can I upload a target text to a project?

Hi everyone! I was wondering if it's possible to upload a target text to a project on Memsource. I have the source text and the translation that my client did, and I want to edit the translation on Memsource, but I haven't found any information about this specific topic. To be clear, I don't have a bilingual document, I have a document in English (source) and another document that is the Spanish translation (target).
