Architectural detailing
When learning 'Architectural Detailing' students are encouraged to think about how and why a detail is developed or adopted for a particular situation. Once they have developed or selected a detail then its is called an 'Architectural Detail'. I would call the course or the process: ARCHITECTURAL DETAILING, and the detail itself an ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL ( as refered to by the architect) and CONSTRUCTION DETAIL (as refered to by the contractor or builder).

Execution details
I know that " Execution detail" is very common in urban planning/architecture. However I am not really sure because it might be the answer to your other question...

Construction details
Construction (/building) details.
How to grout your tiles, how to fit your bathroom with ventilation, that sort of stuff.
You might even get away with Interior building details (if its all interior work).
