testimonio en autos

Law/Patents
Sorry there are so many questions, but I'm going nuts here.
This phrase is perfectly understandable, but what's the exact phrasing in English?
It appears in a document from the Juzgado de Primera Instancia like this:
Devuélvase el poder presentado, previo su testimonio en autos.
(the poder refers to the poder of the procurador, who has requested it be returned in another document that is part of the set I'm translating as he needs it for other purposes)

after it has been evidenced on the record
It it ordered that the (this) power of attorney be returned after it has been evidenced on the record.
If the context so indicated, it could be "after he has testified on the record", that's the problem with not having the whole context, but I think it would be as above.
Fortunately you have it.

before its certification on records
:)
5 hrs
once a certified copy thereof is included in the record
Usually, when a party requests that a certain document be returned to him, the court makes a copy of the document and the copy is certified by the Court Clerk (testimonio) (for accurracy of contents, etc), The copy is then included in the case's file and replaces the original document that is being returned.
6 hrs
affidavit in the proceedings
