(the) splendid avenue(s)
Prachtsmeile seems to be conflating the German "Prachtstraße" (splendid/grand avenue(s)/boulevard(s) and the name for a stretch of avenue in Chicago with many shops, department stores, restaurants etc. (The Magnificent Mile).
Example sentence:
Zu den bekanntesten als Avenues bezeichneten Straßen gehören die Pariser Avenue des Champs-Élysées und die New Yorker Fifth Avenue.
The Magnificent Mile is the portion of Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois extending from the Chicago River to Oak Street in Near North Side community area.

showcase boulevard
rather than avenue for it invites walking and sightseeing, which is not necessarily so with the latter. Also "Prachtmeile" as suggested before.
