Portuguese term

Portuguese to English

Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
in a Scholastic History from Brasil, these abbreviations appear which I find difficulties with (more so as PROZ requires a minimum of 3 letters to help with an answer) e.g. LINGUA PORTUGUESA = SS, or CIENCIA POLITICA CC.

Is this from a handwritten school report or transcript ?
SS and CC do not make sense. Could they be typos or numbers that are written with such bad handwriting that look like those letters ?
By the way "scholastic history" is a bad (literal) translation of "histórico escolar" in Portuguese. ENGLISH = school report or transcript. Good Luck.

Note from asker:
I agree with you on "scholastic history" but was in a hurry to get out that question. In my actual translation, I had already selected TRANSCRIPT OF STUDIES. And no, there are no typos. There are in fact 4 abbreviations SS, CC, MS and MM and perhaps Yvonne Becker's query is appropriate. Looks like I best ask the Client for fully spelled out words. 2 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "the REAL answer was supplied by Sormane (who was accordingly invited to make her own entry, but did not). Kudoz therefore go to you with thanks."
