Spanish term

(cumplió) en disponibilidad

Spanish to English Other Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Mexico
Todavía el Ejercito Mexicano, Hoja de Liberación. "Cumplió EN DISPONIBILIDAD en el Ctd. Adto. S.M.N. adscrito al tercer batallon ...

The abbreviations are no problem here, but the terms "en disponibilidad" is not something that Í ever came across in Castellano. Therefore it is probably a Mexican term.
TIA for any help.
