This is an an Excel table of terms, without any genuine context. The company in question makes water chlorination units etc.

My Siemens dictionary lists Wischer as:
changeover contact, fleeting contact (element), pulse contact element, passing contact,
but I can't find any references that contain any of those terms and Wischerbuchse or "405 TEFLON".

405 is a pretty common size (405 mm) for wipers which can have teflon "coatings" as well ...

That's a good point I just assumed that it must be the specification of the Teflon as is common with other plastics. It seems a little unlikely for a part number to be inserted in between the part name and the material though, doesn't it?

405 What makes you think that 405 is a specification of Teflon? Could easily be the parts number of Wischerbuchse ...

Wiper I initially thought it must surely have something to do with "wiper", but that doesn't Google well either.
At least, I got no Ghits for

or
"wiper sleeve" " 405 Teflon"

wischer Maybe far-fetched but without that chlorination context I would have suggested "wiper sleeve/bushing 405 Teflon" ...

scraper bushing

Depending on application this could be a scraper bushing on a shaft. Being made of Teflon would suggest that too. The purpose of scraper bushings is to wipe the shaft clean so that seals don't get damaged.

The previous suggestion of "contact" refers more in an electrical wiper context, methinks.
