(k) “Game Marks” shall mean graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and characters associated with the Game Services owned by Licensor, Developer or a third party from whom Licensor or Developer has acquired proper licensing rights thereto, whether registered with the relevant authorities or not, including, but not limited to, those marks specified in Attachment 2.
