The particular phrase I am having a problem with is évaluation de potentiel, would this just be simply evaluation of potential? For context this section of text comes from a legal contract. Thanks, James

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

I don't see any reason not to translate it literally. You'd have to say something like "evaluation of potential by the screening, assessment and development center", as you can't put something in parentheses without clarifying its relationship to the rest of the sentence.

this an employment agency, so "évaluation de potentiel" means "évaluation de potentiel des candidats/chercheurs d'emploi"
