One option.
My take on this is that if it was after a university degree it would be called a postgraduate course. However, the nursing qualification may be similar to FP (formación profesional) in Spain, so maybe they call it "Postécnico" instead...?

The example cited is taken after two years working as a registered nurse (i.e. the "técnico" part, to which the course is "post")...
