For the purpose of the Data protection act 1998 your give your consent to the holding, processing and disclosure of your personal data provided by you to the Company for all purposes relating to the performance of this contract of employment including, but not limited to: providing references and information to future employers, and if necessary, governmental and quasi-governmental bodies for social security and other purposes, the Inland Revenue and the Contributions Agency.
