Press Ad Vouching
It is commonly agreed that a small but significant number of errors occur in UK press ad booking. By “errors”, we mean that ads do not run, or run with some kind of error – for instance mono instead of colour, the wrong size, the wrong publication, the wrong day, or the wrong position. Advertisers’ groups such as ISBA strongly recommend that all advertisers take steps to remedy these problems. The errors in press booking happen for a number of reasons, but the underlying problem is that booking press ads is a fast-moving, complex process that involves people. It is not generally the result of wrongdoing or negligence on anybody’s part.
We offer two forms of press ad vouching to tackle these errors – retrospective and ongoing. Click on the links below to learn more.
Retrospective Ad Vouching
Ongoing vouching
Outdoor Ad Vouching
Error levels in outdoor advertising are among the highest in all media – over 10% of all posters according to a recent survey. Using a network of trained and experienced site inspectors, we capture and provide evidence of 23 different errors. Click on the link below to learn more.

Retrospective Ad Vouching
Retrospective press ad vouching identifies ads that were booked and paid for and should have run in the past, but did not run, or did not run as booked. We offer this service
We offer this service on a “no-find, no-fee” service. In the very unlikely event that your bookings have generated no errors, we will charge you nothing at all. If we do find errors, we charge a percentage of their value.
The service also involves no work for you: you simply send an email to your media buying agency asking them to send us the data we need, and then wait while we identify the errors, and review the list with the agency.
The way the process works is this: we sign a simple contract with you, and the agency gets us the booking feed we need. We then compare that feed with our database of press ads that did run, and around a week later, we produce our initial detailed report. We send this report to you and the agency in hard copy, and we also give you access to the database so that you can see for yourself the ads that ran with an error, and you can also see the virtual papers for all the “not founds”. We invite the agency to respond to our report, and we debate it with them line by line so that an agreed list of errors is produced and they can then recover your losses from the publishe4.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Ongoing Ad Vouching
Ongoing vouching identifies ads that were booked and paid for and should have run, and reports on the missing and erroneous ads on a regular basis – weekly, monthly, or quarterly, as you prefer.
We offer this service as part of our monitoring service, although some clients take it as a standalone subscription-based service.
As with retrospective vouching, your agency is given access to our reports, and they recover the value of the problem ads from the publishers on your behalf

Thank you, Michał. I had "reklam" at one state but then thought that the service is more specific: it verifies if the ads run at the right time and place.

usługi w zakresie weryfikacji reklam
The services entail checking for errors in ad placement - błędów w publikacji reklam - but reklam may be broad enough.
