Superior Level Diploma
According to Dele (DELE (Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language) is the official accreditation of the degree of fluency of the Spanish Language, issued and recognised by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain), their official website in English lists this exact phrase as a Superior Level Diploma:

: The fact that it's on their website doesn't mean it's right. Superior has connotations of quality in English.

not necessarily, that's a very narrow reading of what superior can mean. If Spain's official accreditation body is calling it that, it's at least a reasonable offering.
